If your power is off: Check your breaker panel to make sure the outage isn't due to a tripped breaker or a blown fuse. Check with your neighbors to see if they are without power too.

When you call to report an outage be prepared to give the dispatcher the following information:

• • Telephone Number

• • 911 Address or Land-mark

• • Report any damage to line.
