This program is available to all residential accounts who have lived at their residence for at least 12 months and who has maintained a good payment history.

This program will take an average of the 11 previous month's energy and power cost adjustment plus the current month's energy charges. Of this average, taxes are added and rounded to the nearest dollar. This amount will vary from month to month based on the amount of your electric bills.
